Your Account lets you view your personal information and any loans and reservations you may have.
Log into your account by entering your username and password on the right of your screen. Once you have logged in you can access your account from anywhere in the catalogue by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen and selecting Your Account.
Here you can see the personal details we hold for you and amend these if you have moved office or department.
Loans
You can view any books currently checked out to you and the date they are due to be returned. If you have any overdue items, an alert icon will appear in this tab. If you wish to renew any items, select the items you want to renew or click on the Select All check box and then click the Renew button. The new due date will appear.
For the majority of items you may renew up to 10 times (twice for CAFRE students), as long as they have not been reserved by another user. After 10 online renewals you will have to contact the library to renew your loans further. Some types of items have different settings and may require you to contact the library for a renewal. If you are unsure please get in touch with us.
You can also see any books you have previously borrowed under your Checkout history.
Holds
Here you can view all your reservations and see your place in the queue. Any that are on their way to you via the courier or post will appear at the top of the list with an alert icon. You can also Cancel or Suspend to a later date one or all of your reservations.
