My Account lets you view your personal information and any loans and reservations you may have.
Access your library account by clicking on My Account in the upper-right corner of your screen. If you are not already logged in, the system will prompt you to log in with your User Id and Pin Number before you can access your account information.
There are 3 My Account tabs: Personal Information, Loans and Reservations. Click on a tab to open it up.
The User Information section displays your personal information. If any of your contact information has changed please let us know. You can change your Pin Number for your library account in the Change Pin section. You can configure the information in the Preferences option and if you tick Show my loan history you will be able to view items you have previously borrowed in the Loans tab.
Here you can view your Current Loans and your Loan History. You can click on the title or image of any item to view its detail page. If you have any overdue items, an alert icon will appear in this tab. If you wish to renew any items, select the items you want to renew or click on the Select All check box and then click the Renew button. The new due date will appear.
For the majority of items you may renew up to 10 times (twice for CAFRE students), as long as they have not been reserved by another user. After 10 online renewals you will have to contact the library to renew your loans further. Some types of items have different settings and may require you to contact the library for a renewal. If you are unsure please get in touch with us.
The Loan History section will display the title and author of each item in your history, as well as the date it was checked out and the date it was returned to the library.
Here you can view all your reservations and see your place in the queue. Any that are on their way to you via the courier or post will appear at the top of the list with an alert icon. You can also Cancel or Suspend to a later date one or all of your reservations.
