Opening Hours
The library is open to DSO staff at all times when the building is open but a member of staff may not always be on site. If you have any enquiries contact the NICS Library Service via the email above. Other NICS staff may consult the collection by appointment with the Librarian.

The purpose of the library in Lanyon Plaza is to provide a comprehensive library and information service to the legal staff of the Departmental Solicitor's Office. This includes:
- Enquiry service
- Lending service
- Inter-library loans
- Study area
- Online database searching, and
- Current awareness
